Five Second Rule

CoverArt216

Note to transplant surgeons listening to the show this morning: the five second rule does not apply to organs! This morning, we discover that Erika Hernandez’s heart is a little gravely. Yum.

The big non-SOTU related news yesterday was the rescue of American hostages in Somalia – and the new hostages in Egypt. Including a U.S. cabinet member’s son.

Also on the show today: weather, the richest president in history, and Google wants all your information. They should just call the NSA.

See you tomorrow!

Sanduskied

Apparently Rand Paul avoided being Sanduskied today by the TSA, but not before making international news as “The Senator That Was Detained By The TSA.” We cover the story and the White House’s ridiculous response to it.

Also in today’s politically-packed episode, we wrap up the eighteenth debate of the 2012 cycle, preview the State of the Union, wish Sen. Kirk and Rep. Giffords the best, and play old Chevy commercials.

Don’t forget to tune in TONIGHT for our live coverage of the 2012 State of the Union Address, starting at 8:30/7:30 PM Central here on YeauxInTheMorning.com!

Election-geddon

CoverArt213

It’s the end of the world. And for once, I wish South Carolina would revert back to being not in the Union. It probably wouldn’t be a part of the presidential nominating contest (then again, it is the GOP).

Aside from the obvious discussion of the 2012 South Carolina Primary, we discuss brokered conventions, the OPEN Act, why the government hates due process, and my new truck. Bye, purple Monte Carlo!

Don’t forget to watch our live coverage of President Obama’s 2012 State of the Union address, starting at 7:30 PM Central Time right here on YeauxInTheMorning.com.

See you tomorrow!
